Most of us set a few New Year’s resolutions to jump start our level of activity or improve our general health. These are admirable goals, especially if you go about it the right way. Some people think that a new diet or lifestyle will only demonstrate results if it is extreme. Cut out sugar, fat, or carbs completely. There are multiple problems with this theory.
